Initiates – act as conductors for their organs, harmonizing and guiding them
True Initiates and spiritual Masters are conductors. ‘But where is their orchestra?’ you will ask. ‘They are all alone!’ Not at all, their orchestra is within them, and they conduct it day and night. Indeed, all the cells and organs of their body form an orchestra, and they play and sing the score put before them. Brain, stomach, heart, hands, feet, ears, eyes, mouth… every part of the body has its own function through which it contributes to the harmony of the whole.
Yes, but working properly on the physical plane is not enough. This is why an Initiate questions his organs every day. He asks his legs, ‘Where are you taking me?’ His arms, ‘What are you about to do?’ He asks his mouth what words it is uttering, his eyes what they are looking at, and his brain what thoughts it is concentrating on… And he strives to establish and maintain harmony among them.
As for you, if you want to be intelligent, conscious disciples, you must also become good conductors. Each and every day, you must not only make sure that the organs of your physical body work harmoniously together to keep you healthy, but you must also guide their activity towards a higher goal, so as not to cause any dissonance in the cosmic organism.
